Terms and Conditions
| First Orders: | Shipped UPS C.O.D. or Proforma only. |

| Handling: | A 5% handling charge will be added to all boxes shipped. Shipping costs are additional. |
|
|
| Delivery: | Work is shipped a minimum of 6 weeks after order. Special orders are 12 weeks minimum and an extra 20% with a 50% deposit. |

|
| Damages: | Work that has arrive damaged will be replaced as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Totally Blown Glassworks as well as your UPS agent within 10 working days of receipt. All packages are carefully packed and insured by the shipper. UPS regulations require insurance claims to be inspected exactly as found, so please save all cartons and packing material. |

| Returns: | Wholesale – In the event that work by Totally Blown Glassworks does not sell within one year we will gladly exchange one piece per gallery, limited to one piece per year. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. |

| Accounts: | Open accounts will be offered after the first year at the complete discretion of Totally Blown Glassworks. Account payments are are due on a net 30 basis. A 25.00 late fee will be charged every 30 days for any balance carried over. |

| Quality Control: | Totally Blown Glassworks strives for perfection, but hangovers, tool marks, small bubbles, color variations and striations are all indicative of handblown glass. Because of the handcraft process, there may be slight variations in size. Soda lime glass is not dishwasher or microwave safe, or ovenproof. |

|
| Cancellations: | All cancellations less than 60 days prior to shipment will be charged a 10% restock fee. Less than 30 days will be charged a 20% restock fee. |

|
| Minimum Order: | There is a $300.00 minimum order per ship date. |
